Hi,
I have installed the latest version of KORG Pa Manager v5.1 build 2801. When launching the program, it takes about a minute to start. It is extremely slow and freezes every option for approximately one minute. This happens across all sections of the program—Style, Sound, etc.—regardless of what I do.
It is very frustrating and makes the software almost impossible to use. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program, but the described issues persist.
I’d like to point out that everything worked perfectly until the second-to-last update.
Thanks in advance!
Best regards,
Extremely Slow and Freezing [RESOLVED]

-This totally depends on your CPU speed and internet connection. What is your connection speed and which version of Windows are you using?
Re: Extremely Slow and Freezing
Thank You for the response,
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core at 4.14 GHz
RAM: 32GB
Win 10 Pro 22H2
Network: 100/10 Mb/s
I would like to point out that everything was working fine until the latest KPM update.
The only change I made recently was updating Oracle VirtualBox.
Is it possible that this could be causing the issue, even though VirtualBox has been present all the time and everything was working perfectly?
P.s. Of course, KPM and VB never run at the same time.

Re: Extremely Slow and Freezing
Hello KPM Team,
I have the same problem, since the last two updates the connection breaks after about half an hour. Usually after the automatic notification to save the work.
If you restart the KPM it says that the server is not available and you should try again later.
It can't be due to PC CPU usage or internet connection at home because my computer has enough resources and the internet is also available at 300Mbit
Best regards

Re: Extremely Slow and Freezing
This could be part of the issue since KPM doesn't support VM's.Marusha81 wrote: ↑26 Jan 2025, 13:56 Thank You for the response,

Try uninstalling VB. Then reinstall KPM to see if there are any changes.
We do have very strict connection checks and sometimes if KPM doesn't receive the correct response, it shuts itself down as a safety measure.
Unfortunately this does result in a shutdown of KPM.
The irony here is, that's why there is a REMINDER to save your work, incase something unfortunate happens

Re: Extremely Slow and Freezing
Hello, disabling the VM network adapters during the operation of KPM solved the problem. Thank you for the help
