KORG PA900 ERROR IN STARTING

Goodnight. My pa900 gives this error on the start screen still loading the system. "an error has occurred while saving a resource", 3 times before starting. Everything works, but it doesn't allow deleting any files or even factory formatting. I tried to do an update via USB but it crashes on the KORG screen and then it doesn't come out until I force the shutdown. Please indicate me a solution. Ha Any way to reset connected to PC? Thank you very much.
