Error on "Delete Unused Samples"

I open a set in sample manager and right click on a sample. From the menu select "Delete Unused Samples". After a minutes while it's running, it opens a text fie with option of "save" or "close". Click close opens another. Leave it overnight (more than 12 hours. The next day still running in back ground and the text. The only way to get rid of it is to shut down my computer. There is no option to stop KPM V4 program at all.
