Is it possible to convert the Korg KMP files of multisamples to a WAV format through KORG PA MANAGER?

Yes it is. You can do it via the SAMPLE Manager or SOUND Manager, by finding the MultiSample, double clicking (entering it's properties) and then you'll see the Export to .WAV option.
