Hi,

I purchased KORG PA Manager on Monday, 5 days ago and i still did not recieve an activation code. Is this a normal thing to happen? Normally, when should the activation code be sent?
I heard that the activation code sould be sent a couple of hours after purchasing the programm.

This is not normal at all.
It looks like you haven't sent us your MachineID as described in our emails.
We've also sent you repeated emails to notify you and have not had any response for days.

Most likely our emails are ending up in your SPAM Box? Please check.

You need to follow the guides on the emails to send us your MachineID. That's when you'll be send your Activation Code.
