Feature to empty preLoadBuffer

Hi dear team,
one feature might be needed by others probably, would be clearing of the preLoadBuffer at once (as a Menu point).
This helps a lot when merging sets and defining later on what samples should be loaded into Buffer instead of keeping an eye on every copy operation from Set A to Set B during the merge operations.
