Korg Pa Manager pcm locked update

Dear developer, the lack of pcm locking feature of the sets created in Korg Pa Manager is a big shortcoming, encryption like Cryptoloop can be considered in the next update.

As much as we'd like to incorporate encryption in to the PA Manager, it's not something fully supported & approved by KORG.
