Active code for new laptop

Hello everyone
Today , I install demo Kong pa manager v5 in new laptop . I sent many email to supporters korgpamanager . 24 h over for waiting but still not see any email reply from Korg pa manager !!!!????? ( I had checked spam folder too , still not !?) .
Can anyone help me ?
