You can now export each individual sample from a DK as .WAV. Which means you can then manually import the .WAV Files and create a MultiSample.
But the there is no automatic procedure.

As the message boxes say, the SET contains Locked Styles which are most likely from a KORG PA3X MG Edition, which isn't quite supported.
You will need to load a standard unlocked Set, to be able to continue.
