Identifying missing samples

Post by Musicville »

Hi,
I bought Pa Manager today and started exploring it.

I have imported some styles from a set to my destination set(together with assigned samples) and I got 2 notifications about missing multisamples. I am now trying to find styles/style tracks that are these samples assigned to, so I can load them from other sets. How to identify these missing samples by loading that set alone?

Thanx in advance!

Hi,

When copying the Style over, the Name of the Style/Sound are being shown on the LOADING window.
So when the message with 'Missing MS' is shown, take a peek and note down which Style/Sound it is.

Then using the Sound Manager track down the Sound and it'll show which MS is being used / missing.

So,

there is no way to identify missing MS by loading the set (thats supposed to containit) by itself ?
I can track down missing MS only when merging/importing to other set?

Alternatively, open the SET via the SAMPLE Manager and look through the samples that show as MISSING REF.
