Hi,
Let's clarify a few things.. When you open ANY set with the Sample Manager and click on a Sample. Do all sample sound damaged? Like hisssss noise?
You seem to be running the pa manager with Admin privileges.
Try:
1. Right-click the application’s shortcut, and then click Properties.
2. In the Properties dialog box, click the Compatibility tab.
3. Un-select the 'Run This Program As An Administrator' check box, and then click OK.
